How is my file handled?

Inside this tab and nowhere else. Nothing is forwarded, logged or shared.

Can I install it as an app?

Your browser's “add to home screen” works, and the page loads from cache afterwards.

Do you use trackers?

No. There is no third-party script on the page.

Why is the result a little off from another tool?

Rounding rules vary between tools. Gridwise keeps full precision until the moment it prints the value.

What if I refresh the page by accident?

Nothing is kept, so redo the step — it takes a second.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The layout adapts and every control stays large enough to tap.

Why so little configuration?

Something you finish reading beats a large one nobody finishes reading.

Is there a quota on how much I can process?

Only what your browser can hold in memory. There is no quota, and no account to create.

Is the source available?

Not published yet, but the page is a single file you can read with view-source.

Does Gridwise work offline?

Yes. Once the page is open the CSV viewer carries on with no connection at all.

Is there an API?

Nothing public yet. Gridwise is a single page and stays that way for now.

Which browsers are known to work?

Every current browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on desktop and mobile.

Can I use Gridwise in a company?

Yes, it is free for any use, private or paid.

Do you keep anything I paste here?

No. Every file is held in memory only and is discarded the moment you close it.

Do you log anything I paste here?

No. Every file never leaves the page and is discarded the moment you close it.

Does it work on a tablet?

Yes. The layout reflows and every control stays usable on a small screen.
